DVD production can be a technical and confusing business, from deciding to shoot standard def or HD to DVD media itself; do you choose DVD+r, DVD-r or Blu-ray, should it be duplicated or replicated?
Don't worry we take care of it all. Here is a break down of the process:
Scripting
The most important part of the process, it's vital to have a clear view of what you wish the video to accomplish before you start. Bad planning can end in the project taking longer and going over budget because of re-shooting. We work closely with our clients to produce
a good script and time plan.
Shooting
We have a full production team and can offer multi-camera shoots, we shoot HD, so if you later decide to have your video available in Blu-ray we don't have to re-shoot.
Editing and Post Production
We edit with Final Cut Pro and can offer motion graphics video effects (green/blue screen etc) and music sound tracks for your project.
DVD Authoring
We design static, motion and interactive menus for your DVD using stills from your video, photographs or graphics.
Cover Design
We have a great design team in-house who can take care of the artwork for your DVD covers and labels for you.
Duplication/Replication
The final step.... once your DVD is authored and approved by all, it's time make lots! Duplication is good for a short run of DVD's and the end result is duplicated on DVD-r.
For anything over 500 we would recommend Replication and the end result is DVD-Video, your DVD's will be compatible with all DVD players and computers.
